VP, Chief Data Scientist
Dr. Ashim Bose is Omnitracs Chief Data Scientist and Vice President of Data and AI. He oversees Omnitracs’ data, analytics, and AI initiatives. Prior to joining Omnitracs, Ashim served as the Chief Product Officer for Analytics and AI at DXC Technology (formerly HP Enterprise Services), where he launched several innovative data, analytics and AI products across several industries, including transportation and automotive. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at Autodesk and i2, both of which he joined thru acquisitions. Earlier in his career he was a lead researcher at GTE (now Verizon) Labs. He began his career working on the Hubble Space Telescope, applying AI to optimize the planning and scheduling of space observations.

Dr. Aravind Chiruvelli is Omnitracs Director of AI & Data Science. In this role, Aravind’s main focus is on extracting industry & customer insights from our vast data and executing on our AI priorities at scale. He has 12+ years of experience in predictive solutions in the automotive(Telematics), retail, finance, healthcare & telcom domains. Prior to Omnitracs, he was at Harman International, where he developed solutions for automotive such as predicting malfunctions and alerting drivers ahead of breakdown, and computer vision models for advanced driver assistance systems(ADAS). Prior to that he was at ThoughtWorks where he worked on high impact projects around recommendation engines, personalization, customer attrition, etc..
